21+ Age Restriction
Access to the 999aqq platform is strictly restricted to individuals aged 21 years and above in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations. Any person under the age of 21 is prohibited from registering, depositing, or placing any wager on 999aqq.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

The platform is primarily intended for players physically located in the Philippines. 3.3 Single Account. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the 999aqq platform. Opening duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

You must provide valid government-issued identification documents upon request. Accepted documents include the Philippine National ID (PhilSys), passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, or PRC ID. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe will result in restrictions on your account, including suspension of withdrawal privileges.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs). You agree to notify 999aqq immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account. 999aqq will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
4.4 Two-Factor Authentication. 999aqq strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. Enabling 2FA reduces the risk of unauthorised access.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 999aqq accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the payment methods listed on the platform at any given time, which may include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Coins.ph, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Accepted methods are subject to change without prior notice.
5.2 Own Payment Methods. You must use only payment accounts registered in your own name. 999aqq reserves the right to request documentary proof that a payment method belongs to the registered account holder. Use of payment methods belonging to third parties is prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension.
5.3 Deposit Limits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified on the deposit page. 999aqq reserves the right to modify deposit limits at any time.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and compliance review. Standard withdrawal processing times are indicated on the withdrawal page and vary by payment method. 999aqq reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspicious activity, or compliance with applicable legal requirements.
5.5 Currency. All transactions on the 999aqq platform are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. Where cryptocurrency deposits are accepted, conversion rates are applied at the time of transaction and are non-negotiable.
6.1 Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by 999aqq are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings. 6.2 One Bonus Per Promotion. 6.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal until applicable wagering requirements have been fully met. Wagering requirements are calculated based on the sum of Bonus Funds or, where specified, the deposit plus bonus amount. Only real-money bets placed on eligible games count toward wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
6.4 Bonus Abuse. 999aqq reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: placing only low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner not intended by 999aqq.
6.5 Withdrawal Before Meeting Requirements. If a Player requests a withdrawal before meeting applicable wagering requirements, 999aqq may, at its sole discretion, process the withdrawal subject to forfeiture of outstanding Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 999aqq platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances:

9.3 Game software and content provided by third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of those respective studios. Use of such content is governed by both these Terms and the terms of the relevant game provider.
10.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 999aqq shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profit, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
10.2 999aqq's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the ninety (90) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 999aqq does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect platform availability.

11.1 By 999aqq. 999aqq reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or any other conduct that 999aqq reasonably determines to be harmful to the platform, its users, or third parties.
11.2 Funds on Closure. Where an account is closed due to a Player's breach of these Terms or prohibited conduct, 999aqq reserves the right to forfeit all balances held in the account, including both real-money and bonus funds. Where an account is closed for administrative reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method, subject to applicable verification requirements.
11.3 By the Player. You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting 999aqq support. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you following satisfactory verification, subject to all applicable wagering requirements having been met.
12.1 Initial Complaint. Any dispute, complaint, or claim arising from the use of the 999aqq platform must first be submitted to 999aqq's customer support team via the contact details specified in Section 16. You must provide a clear description of the dispute, including relevant account details, transaction references, dates, and the resolution you are seeking.
12.2 Review Period. 999aqq will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours and will use reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) calendar days of receipt. Complex disputes may require additional time; in such cases, 999aqq will provide you with a status update.
12.3 Game Outcomes. Game outcomes determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by live dealer dealing processes are final and binding. 999aqq does not accept disputes challenging the statistical fairness of individual game outcomes, as all games are independently audited for compliance with published RTP figures.
12.4 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with 999aqq's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for independent review, in accordance with PAGCOR's complaint handling procedures.
13.1 999aqq collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.
13.2 Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. 999aqq does not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.
13.3 By registering an account, you consent to receive service-related communications from 999aqq, including transactional confirmations, security alerts, and important platform updates. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time through your Account Settings.
14.1 999aqq reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. 15.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
15.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution procedures set out in Section 12 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
